Still in need of a neighbor gift? This is my most favorite homemade gift to give and it is always an unexpected hit. And with us, because if you're making a batch, might as well make enough to share some with yourselves too.
My in-laws shared this recipe with me after I had enjoyed some at a holiday gathering at their house and it blew my mind. I had never thought about making homemade Baileys before! It's easy to make, delightful and so fun to share!
Homemade Baileys Irish Cream:
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 C. Irish whiskey or bourbon
2 Tbl. Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 pint half-n-half
1 Tbl. light Karo syrup
1 mini bottle Khalua or 1/4 cup
Mix all together, refrigerate.
